矩形护坡模具是聚丙烯颗料经过受热融化由高压射入模腔，经冷却固化后，得到成形品的方法。该方法适用于形状复杂部件的批量生产，是重要的加工方法之一。注射成型过程大致可分为以下6个阶段“合模-注射-保压-冷却-开模-制品取出”，上述工艺反复进行，就可连续生产出制品。
The rectangular slope protection mould is a method to obtain the formed products after the polypropylene particles are melted by heat and injected into the mould cavity by high pressure, cooled and solidified. This method is suitable for the mass production of complex shape parts and is one of the important processing methods. The injection molding process can be roughly divided into the following six stages: "mold closing - injection - pressure maintaining - cooling - mold opening - product removal". The above processes can be repeated to produce products continuously.
